cjebay is a small, privately operated tool used to list products for sale on the eBay US marketplace and to fulfil the resulting orders through a dropshipping supplier. There is no public storefront, no user accounts and no sign-up: the only person who uses the dashboard is its operator.
The short version. We receive the order details eBay gives a seller so we can ship your purchase. We pass your shipping address to the supplier who ships it, and to nobody else. We never see your payment details. We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising, and this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
We do not collect anything directly from you. Everything we hold arrives from eBay after you buy something, through eBay's seller APIs.

We never receive your payment details. Card and payment processing happen entirely inside eBay's managed payments; we only see the amounts eBay reports to us as the seller.
We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purposes below.

On the use of AI. When you message us about an order, the text may be sent to Google's Gemini API to draft a reply. Those requests are sent with retention disabled, so the content is not stored by the provider or used to train models. Drafts about returns, defects or pricing are not sent to you automatically: a human reads and approves them first.
If you close your eBay account, eBay notifies us and we anonymise your personal data automatically: name, address, contact details and message contents are removed. We keep the order number, amounts, item identifiers and dates, which carry no personal information and which we are required to retain for accounting.
The record that the deletion happened is stored as a one-way hash of your identifier rather than the identifier itself, so we can prove we complied without keeping the very data we just deleted.
You can also ask us directly to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live you may have rights under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or similar laws; we will honour a request of this kind regardless of where you live.
The service runs in the United States (AWS us-east-1). The supplier that
ships orders operates from China and receives the shipping details needed to deliver
your parcel. If you order from outside the United States, your data will be processed
in those places.
The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process data about anyone under 16. eBay requires account holders to be adults.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not have your contact details for marketing purposes and will not email you about it.
